The North Face: Senior Coordinator, Mobile Application
As a member of the Digital Operations team, the Senior Coordinator, Mobile Application will be responsible for continuing, enhancing and curating the technical roadmap while working with cross-functional and cross-brand teams to ensure the customer is thought of during each phase of execution. Secondarily, linking execution with our MMP, Kochava, to support providing seamless navigation experience within the app for customers coming in organically, and through owned channels and paid media marketing. You will partner with the Lifecycle Marketing and SEO teams to enable attribution for downloads using our MMP. The Senior Mobile App Coordinator will support with testing in the iOS and Android platforms prior to app releases and will be responsible for management of store lists for Full Price and Outlet stores and updates to the app store locator within CoreMedia. This role reports to the Director, eCommerce Operations, and is a hybrid role, working 3 days/week out of our Denver, Colorado HQ.

β’ Put the consumer at the heart of everything you do.
β’ Have a mobile first and focused mindset, always looking at how to improve the mobile experience.
β’ Facilitate app links & navigation through the Mobile Content Coordinator, in accordance with the mobile content calendar and business needs.
β’ Partner with the site content & marketing teams to align as needed.
β’ Collaborate with digital merchandisers, loyalty, content, ops both cross-channel and cross-brands
β’ Align with Centralized DT teams on backend release train schedules and updates.
β’ Consult with centralized UI/UX team on a regular basis to ensure open communication of expectations and deliverables.
β’ Participate in app UAT testing to ensure accuracy and efficient execution of app content updates + biweekly releases.
β’ Work with the retail team to keep store finders up to date for new store openings.
β’ Own ASO, ASO updates and app releases.
β’ Coordinate with Lifestyle Marketing to support SMS or Push platform updates.
β’ Optimizing app financial performance through consistent data analysis
What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills youβll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2+ years of experience, ideally within a Native Application environment as a content coordinator, QA coordinator, or related digital position.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
β’ Asset publishing and content maintenance with a Content Management System (Coremedia preferred)
β’ Ecommerce or digital design environment
β’ Post-production understanding
β’ Familiar with project management systems (Wrike, JIRA, Confluence)
β’ Digital analytics tool (Adobe, Omniture, Google Analytics)
β’ Experience with a MMP (Kochava, Adjust etc.) is preferred but not required.
β’ Experience using Jira for reporting bugs and updating products
β’ Detail oriented and a multi-tasker in equal measure
β’ Strong project management skills
β’ Demonstrate self-sufficiency balanced with team partnership
β’ Ability to account for differences between iOS and Android experiences during testing

Hiring Range:
$95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
