About the Role We’re looking for an on-camera Livestream Host—someone with a magnetic personality who can own the screen and drive real results. As our Livestream Sales Host, you’ll be the face (and voice) of our TikTok Shop livestreams, helping showcase products, engage with viewers, and convert fans into loyal customers. When you’re not live, you’ll partner with our marketing team to write story‑driven scripts for future shows and TikTok videos, helping us grow the account to its full potential. This is an in-person, contract (3x/week) based in Moonachie, NJ, with the goal of transitioning to full-time based on performance. What You’ll Tackle • Host 3 high-energy livestreams per week (1–1.5 hours each) • Showcase, wear, and sell pieces from our loungewear collection • Answer live questions, shout out viewers, and keep energy high • Review livestream performance data to optimize future sessions • Co-create TikTok scripts and content strategies with the marketing team Who You Are • Comfortable and confident on camera — no stage fright here • Ideally familiar with TikTok Live or other live selling platforms • Quick thinker who thrives off real-time audience interaction • Passionate about fashion, storytelling, and creating community • Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual • Up-to-date on TikTok trends and social media culture Bonus: • Experience in acting, sales, or content creation • Existing TikTok following or personal livestream/shop experience • Familiarity with TikTok Shop tools and e-commerce workflows • Understanding of the fashion or apparel industry Compensation & Growth • Starting rate: $20–$25/hour based on experience • Potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and KPIs during the contract period Ready to Join Us?
