About The Role We're looking for a strategic, creator-savvy, and performance-driven TikTok Shop Account Manager to lead and scale our TikTok Shop growth engine. You will be responsible for recruiting and vetting creators, managing agency execution, leading internal team members, and overseeing high-quality, compliant content that drives brand awareness and sales. This role also acts as a key connector to the TikTok category team and plays a supporting role in managing the TikTok Shop P&L. You’ll own the strategy, pacing, and performance oversight of all creator-led campaigns — from recruitment and briefing through to execution, content moderation, and analytics — working cross-functionally to maximize impact. What You'll Do Creator Recruitment, Vetting & Enablement • Identify, recruit, and vet TikTok creators aligned with the brand's mission and goals. • Lead onboarding processes and host creator pitches to introduce new talent to the brand and drive best practices. • Provide guidance on content quality, platform compliance, and TikTok Shop success metrics. Who You Are • Take ownership from start to finish — from recruiting creators to tracking sales impact. • Know how to build strong relationships across creators, agencies, and internal teams. • Stay plugged into TikTok trends and bring creative ideas to the table — while keeping content compliant and on-brand. • Love working in a fast-paced environment where you can test, learn, and move quickly. • Are detail-oriented and organized, but flexible enough to adapt as things evolve. • Understand what makes content convert — and how to scale what’s working. • Think cross-channel, with an eye toward supporting broader sales strategies beyond TikTok Shop to help drive incremental traffic and awareness. What You'll Need • 3–5+ years in creator marketing, social commerce, or account/agency management. • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate mechanics, and creator incentives. • Proven experience managing agency workflows and internal team members. • Ability to write or refine content briefs and performance goals for creators. • Proficient in performance analytics, campaign reporting, and P&L tracking. • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across creative and operational functions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Nice to Have • Experience supporting or hosting live selling activations. • Familiarity with TikTok CRM and affiliate platforms. • Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or fast-moving consumer products. Additional Requirement • Must be willing to travel to TikTok summits and creator events across the U.S. for recruitment and brand representation. Compensation • Pay Range: $106,000 - $140,000 • Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
