The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised TikTok Shop Affiliate & Live Shopping Executive to help us scale our TikTok Shop through affiliate partnerships and live shopping events.
This is a junior-level role that’s perfect for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, understands the creator landscape, and wants to kick-start or grow a career in e-commerce and influencer marketing. You’ll support the team in managing affiliate partnerships, coordinating live shopping events, and reporting on performance.
What makes this role extra exciting? We’re looking for someone who is not only great behind the scenes but also confident in front of the camera, and able to support or even step in to host live shopping events when needed.
You’ll be:
• Supporting affiliate outreach and partnerships with TikTok creators
• Coordinating live shopping sessions, from products and logistics to links, samples, and presenters
• Acting as a key link between our team, creators, and agency partners
• Helping to brief and support creators, ensuring they have what they need to deliver engaging content
• Monitoring affiliate and live performance, tracking results, and highlighting what’s working best
As live shopping often happens outside of the traditional 9-5, you’ll also need to be flexible with working hours depending on business needs.
About you
This role is made for someone who is excited by TikTok, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable being both organised and on-screen. You’ll be keen to learn, proactive in your approach, and confident working with creators and agencies alike.
Here’s what will help you succeed:
• 6-12 months’ experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce (internships count).
• Passion for TikTok, with a good understanding of creators, trends, and platform features
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal, and comfortable engaging with creators and agency partners
• Confident on camera, with experience (even small-scale) in live streaming or presenting
• Familiar with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and campaign tracking
• A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is a plus
It will be a real advantage if you’ve already had some hands-on experience with social media or live streaming, whether that’s hosting, supporting behind the scenes, or collaborating with creators. Familiarity with TikTok’s Creator Marketplace, affiliate tools, or campaign management platforms will give you a head start, and if you’ve got a genuine passion for e-commerce, brand building, and performance marketing, even better. Plus, if you speak German or Spanish, that’s a huge bonus as we continue to grow our presence across Europe.
