The Role
We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded TikTok Shop Manager to lead and grow our TikTok Shop presence across Europe. Reporting to the European Marketplace Manager, you’ll play a key role in scaling our social commerce efforts, driving visibility, engagement, and conversion for our brands.
This is a hands-on and strategic role. You’ll be:
• Managing TikTok Shop accounts for our household brands, from product uploads and pricing to listings, inventory, and promotions
• Planning and executing campaigns, flash sales, and new product launches to showcase products like Remington styling tools, Russell Hobbs kitchen essentials, and George Foreman grills
• Collaborating with creators, affiliates, and agencies to deliver engaging, on-trend campaigns and compelling user-generated content
• Driving visibility and conversion with smart optimisation and advertising strategies
• Championing TikTok Shop across the wider Spectrum Brands business, helping colleagues understand the opportunity and bringing them on the journey
• Tracking, analysing, and reporting performance, turning insights into actionable strategies
• You’ll also need flexibility, some campaigns and live shopping events may run outside of standard office hours
About you
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with creative confidence - someone who’s excited by the challenge of making our household brands shine on TikTok. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, ready to experiment with what works, and confident in working with creators and partners to make things happen.
Here’s what will help you succeed:
• 2 years’ experience managing TikTok Shop or a similar social commerce platform.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce and social commerce trends, plus an understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and influencer ecosystem.
• Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to performance, ROI, and campaign optimisation.
• Experience working with creators, affiliates and agencies, from negotiation to campaign delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to engage teams internally and externally.
• Flexibility and adaptability to the fast pace of TikTok and changing business needs.
On top of your core experience, it would be a real plus if you’ve managed multiple TikTok Shops or worked closely with influencers in-house. If you know your way around affiliate management tools, have a flair for user-generated content and creative campaigns, and can bring an extra language like German or Spanish to the table, you’ll be perfectly placed to help us grow our European presence even faster.
