Key Responsibilities • Lead design for complex products and features along the entire customer journey. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive strategic alignment. • Utilize and contribute to the EVO design system, delivering cohesive experiences across mobile and desktop. • Develop thoughtful, human-centered design solutions targeting both short-term outcomes and long-term vision. • Craft user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes through the entire product development lifecycle. Must-Have Skills • Expertise in systems thinking and user-centered design processes. • Strong proficiency in prototyping and leveraging design research and analytics. • Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience working in complex organizational ecosystems. Industry Experience • 5+ years in software design within complex company ecosystems, preferably in e-commerce or a closely related sector.
