You will lead complex product and feature designs throughout the entire customer journey, fostering connections within communities. This role offers the opportunity to impact a global customer base, requires a hands-on approach, and demands excellence in delivering end-to-end customer experiences within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design of complex products and features across the entire customer journey. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic alignment and product development. • Utilize the EVO design system to contribute to the design practice, crafting end-to-end experiences for both mobile and desktop platforms. • Develop thoughtful, human-centered solutions aiming for both immediate and long-term objectives. • Create user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes (Lo-Fi/Hi-Fi) through the full product lifecycle. Must-Have Skills • Proficiency in leveraging competitive analysis, user research, visual and interaction design. • Strong capability in prototyping, storytelling, and new tool/technology experimentation. • Data-driven mindset with a focus on building customer-centric solutions based on analytics and user research. Industry Experience Experience designing for software within complex ecosystems, preferably within the e-commerce or similar technology-driven industries.
