The Role: U.S. Operations Manager As our U.S. Operations Manager, you’ll be the point person for all things operations in Raleigh, from managing fulfillment and logistics to building a local team and optimizing systems. You’ll work closely with our Toronto HQ and Rachel, our CEO and Founder. This is a full-time, salaried position that may require hours beyond the typical 9 to 5. It’s a high-ownership, entrepreneurial role for someone who wants to build, lead, and grow. What You’ll Do • Lead daily operations of our Raleigh location, ensuring efficient fulfillment, inventory, and customer delivery systems • Manage and grow a local team - hiring, training, and setting high standards for performance • Partner with Toronto HQ to align cross-border operations and strategic goals • Use your expertise in Shopify and e-commerce logistics to improve backend efficiency and customer satisfaction • Oversee vendors, suppliers, couriers, and contractors with clear accountability • Identify bottlenecks, solve problems quickly, and implement scalable systems • Wear multiple hats - from strategic planner to hands-on executor Who You Are • You’ve led operations or logistics in an e-commerce, fulfillment, or consumer goods environment • You’re proficient with Shopify and understand how to optimize order flow, inventory, and shipping • You’re entrepreneurial - resourceful, proactive, and comfortable building from scratch • You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving real-world problems • You understand that startups don’t stick to 9 to 5 - and you're ready to put in the time to make things work • You lead by example, set high standards, and care about results Nice to Haves • Experience with 3PLs, fulfillment tools, or warehouse software • HR or hiring experience • Exposure to cross-border (Canada/USA) supply chains • Strong analytical or process-improvement background Why Pixyls? • Be at the center of our U.S. launch and help shape our brand's future • Work directly with a passionate founding team and take real ownership of your work • Join a creative, fast-growing company with a devoted customer base • Long-term career growth opportunities • A culture that values initiative, creativity, and excellence Ready to help build something special?
