Job Title: VP, Engineering - DTC Reports to: SVP, Chief Technology Office Location: Remote - US Interested applicants must reside in one of the following approved states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Texas, Wisconsin The Role As the Vice President of Engineering, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, leading the technology strategy, execution, and innovation across all consumer-facing digital platforms. This includes our eCommerce websites, commerce platforms, and retail store technologies such as Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Your leadership will ensure seamless, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences that drive customer engagement and business growth. As a key member of the technology leadership team, you will partner closely with Product, Digital, Retail, and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class omnichannel experiences. You will oversee engineering teams responsible for architecture, development, operations, and support of DTC platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical excellence, and operational efficiency. Who You Are • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. • MBA or Master’s degree in Technology Management or Business Administration preferred. • You have 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 8 years in leadership roles. • Proven experience leading engineering for DTC platforms including eCommerce, mobile apps, and retail store systems (POS, clienteling, etc.). • Deep understanding of modern commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Commerce tools, Scayle). • Experience in global retail or consumer brands is highly desirable. • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives. • Strong technical acumen across web, mobile, cloud, and retail technologies. • Expertise in agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. • Passion for customer experience, innovation, and operational excellence. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
