Key Responsibilities: • Independently supervise and manage daily warehouse operations. • Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of products. • Manage ecommerce order processing, packing, labeling, and dispatch. • Handle Amazon FBA shipments, including FNSKU labeling, ASIN identification, and shipment planning. • Ensure timely and accurate documentation for inventory and shipments. • Maintain stock accuracy and optimize warehouse space utilization. • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols. • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for order fulfillment. • Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency. Must-Have Qualifications: • Proven experience independently managing a warehouse as a sole supervisor. • Hands-on experience in ecommerce warehouse operations (Marketplace or D2C preferred). • Working knowledge of Amazon ecosystem terms and processes, including Amazon FBA Labels, FNSKU, ASIN, etc. • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with inventory management tools and warehouse systems. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with U.S. ecommerce logistics and fulfillment processes. • Working knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance standards. • Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
