Web Strategy Manager – Norton.com Role Summary As Web Strategy Manager, you’ll own the optimization of Norton.com to maximize customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue per visit. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to create high-performing, data-driven web experiences that drive sales and deliver measurable business results. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, using insights, testing, and user research to continuously improve landing pages, user flows, and site performance—while driving technical innovations and AI-powered enhancements that elevate the customer experience and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead the Norton.com web strategy to drive acquisition and conversion goals. • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests, using insights to inform optimization. • Improve site performance and user experience through enhancements, defect fixes, and new digital experiences. • Identify, champion, and help implement technical advancements and AI-driven capabilities to improve personalization, automation, and on-site engagement. • Collaborate with design, media, pricing, product, and legal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience. • Work closely with performance marketing channel owners to ensure end-to-end consistency between ad creative, messaging, and on-site experiences to maximize conversion effectiveness. • Develop and maintain a web roadmap aligned with product launches, campaigns, and business priorities. • Conduct research, user testing, and competitive analysis to guide strategic decisions. • Manage creative briefs, oversee content updates, and ensure quality assurance for all web assets. Qualifications • 8+ years in web strategy, e-commerce, or digital marketing roles. • Proven track record improving conversion rates and site performance for high-traffic consumer websites. • Strong expertise in UX, SEO, and conversion optimization. • Proficiency with analytics and testing tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, GA4, or similar). • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Experience with CMS platforms (AEM preferred) and personalization tools is a plus.
