Position Title: Replenishment and eCommerce Analyst – Walmart (6-Month Duration) Classification: Exempt Position Status: Fixed-Term Reports To: Senior Manager, Replenishment & Supply Chain Direct Reports: None Role Objectives: Provide direct support to the Moose Toys’ Walmart team assisting with replenishment, ecommerce content and ordering, and reporting to meet key objectives. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related role with Walmart or a Walmart supplier. Bachelor’s degree preferred. E-comm item and content set-up/management and ordering experience a must. Experience working with both domestic and import product supply chains. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Walmart systems including Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One, and NOVA programs. Responsibilities: Develop analysis and reporting for communication to the customer and key cross-functional teams to improve various performance metrics Provide both quantitative and qualitative feedback regarding customer sales activity to improve the overall forecast accuracy of the company Responsible for working with retailer to ensure their forecasts are accurate and closely aligned to Moose forecast projections Responsible for managing weekly domestic orders, including implementing ordering constraints with Walmart, and chasing internally for immediate or short-term inventory needs. Ability to make ordering system recommendations where needed Responsible for working with Moose ops team to resolve domestic ordering issues related to transportation or supply Responsible for analyzing and reporting on OTIF performance and addressing Fix It tickets Responsible for all WMT Replenishment manager relationships and weekly reporting Responsible for all feature shipper creation and sell-thru analysis Responsible for item creation process and maintaining the Walmart item file Responsible for ensuring mod readiness for items and orders, including providing weekly reporting to Walmart Responsible for Walmart.com item creation/maintenance, asset management and order creation/maintenance Responsible for ensuring all available items from Moose portfolio are on Walmart.com and maintain a high content score Develop and implement on-going improvements for collaborative planning, forecast and replenishment processes Perform ad hoc sales and demand planning analysis Provide sales analytics expertise and insights to the Moose Toys sales team Assist in all other functional areas to develop business opportunities and provide actionable insights to Walmart This position description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the role.
