This executive will architect and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and brand development across multiple channels. This senior leadership position is perfect for a results-oriented marketing executive with extensive experience scaling direct-to-consumer brands in regulated industries. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution capabilities and thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive direct-to-consumer growth strategies across proprietary e-commerce platforms and emerging digital channels. • Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams, subscription offerings, and international expansion opportunities. • Design and implement sophisticated marketing funnels encompassing brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies. • Establish comprehensive KPI frameworks and executive-level reporting dashboards to track marketing performance and business impact. • Leverage advanced analytics and consumer research to inform strategic decisions and present actionable insights to senior leadership. • Build and mentor a world-class team spanning e-commerce operations, digital marketing, creative development, and data analytics. • Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in direct-to-consumer e-commerce and growth marketing, with preference for candidates from health, wellness, or regulated consumer products industries. • Demonstrated success managing and scaling e-commerce P&L with strong financial discipline and LTV/CAC optimization expertise. • Proven track record scaling digital revenue from early-stage through significant growth milestones. • Advanced proficiency with major e-commerce platforms and marketplace management (Shopify, Amazon, etc.). • Exceptional strategic planning and cross-functional project management skills. • Understanding of regulatory considerations in health and wellness marketing.
